I've been recruited by a friend to write about the US side of TM. I'll start it off with a small introduction.

I manage the Atlanta Chiefs of D4.4. Starting in D7 in season 10, I won my group in season 11 and finished a miracle 2nd in season 12. I post a fair amount on the forums. Sporadically, I'll do a Monday Night Football (MNF) preview of the Liberty League and Copa Americana games.

IRL, I'm a printer who takes lousy computer files and turns them into something suitable for commercial printing. Although I live in Atlanta, I grew up in Vermont and still hold ties to New England sports teams. This decade has been especially kind.

I'm also managing teams in a couple of other games. A track and field game, which I won't recommend since they don't have an Irish league (hate for you guys to get stuck in Great Britain). A basketball game called Buzzerbeater. And an Ice Hockey game called Hockey Arena. BB has a Hattrick style training regime (which I don't like), but it's pretty fun to play. HA lacks the graphics of many other games, but training is highly customized and it's fun putting together different lines. I highly recommend both games. There are small Irish leagues in both, so it's a short road to the top. Feel free to shoot me a PM if you want details.

I'm thinking a weekly wrap of the ML should suffice. I'll see if I can work in some other stuff as time permits. LL/CA progress. NT news. Maybe even some Canadian or D2 updates. I'm pretty accessible, so let me know if anything interests you.

Your current web browser must be updated to version 7 of Internet Explorer (IE7) to take advantage of all of template's capabilities.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.

Get free downloads for Internet Explorer 7, including recommended updates as they become available. To download Internet Explorer 7 in the language of your choice, please visit the Internet Explorer 7 worldwide page.
