Almost all the facilities are reworked now.
So I decided to make some detailed calculations on it.

1. I calculated the amount of spectators or fans you need to run it with a profit.
2. Further I calculated the time you need to gain a payback of your investment in two different ways:

(a) Including building costs of a single level, maxed out income + interest, investment + lost interest

(b) Including the combined costs of all upgrades to the specific level, maxed out income per level + interest on it, investment + lost interest, facility construction time;
So (b) is a rather complex view on facilities concidering you start building on level 0 and upgrade again as soon as possible to your desired level while maxing out income. This is more real view because you don't wait for a payback before you upgrade again. Don't add season numbers for each level. It's already all included in the combined payback calculation.
This simulates the fastest possible upgrading in the game.

Interest is very important and makes a huge difference to calculations without!
The calculations are based on the 17 home games as you are not garanteed additional cup games.

* It'll hardly pay back. In the combined payback calculation you can never regain the lost interest of your investment!
** No data of building costs. So hard to judge if it's worth. But I suppose it's even worse than level 6 + 7.

*** You are forced to have level 2 when playing international. So if you qualify build it and when out of int. cup downgrade it. It's even worth downgrading just for a few weeks till you play again international next season.

Don't forget that your stadium must have the capacity to cope with the additional fans. So e.g. for Level 10 you need a stadium capacity of at least 90000 or 100000 for both (parking and toilets lvl10).

Payback-times depend here on how many fans you are above the limit where you start to be profitable (that is told you by these numbers). One more fan won't bring back your investment, but several 1000 more will help to regain your money fast.
Also consider that this also boosts your F&D and merch sales. Toilets and Parking are very useful if you have the right level.

Fast Food Diner

This facility sells burger for hungry spectators. The higher the level the more spectators can be supplied and the more profit the shop can make.

Medical Center

A medical center is a huge facility for healing injured players. For each improvement of this facilities your players will recover slight faster. Smaller clubs should look for other means to keep injuries down as this is very costly.

Physio Room

Facilities such as parking, floodlights, med centre etc have long been suspected as being mere black holes which eat money with no or very little return.  In season 14 TM announced that a number of these had been 'fixed'.

 

THE WEATHER & THE ROOF

Bad weather is now causing a wee bit more spectators to stay home instead of going to the match. The effect of the roof has been slightly increased on spectator amount, but should mainly be bought to ensure pitch condition to reduce injuries in very high asi squads.

Roofs are only recommended for the top 3 clubs in the first division.

 

TOILETS & PARKING

  • Toilets and parking now increase attendance by 1% per level instead of 0,5% and 0,4%.
  • Maintenance for the two has been reduced by around 20% per level.
  • If you have parking & toilets at level 0 you will get no bonus to your 20,000 spectators.
  • If parking is level 10 you will get 2.000 more spectators.
  • If both are level 10 you will get 4.000 more spectators.

 

FLOODLIGHTS

Floodlights are about to be changed.  You will soon only have 2 levels available.

You will be required to have level 2 to play international tournements. If you do not have it after the first week of the new season when you play it, your board will make a speed upgrade which is more expensive. You will not be able to downgrade while you are still playing international games. Furthermore national stadiums will require that level 2 floodlights are implemented.

Floodlights will now increase amount of spectators with 1% per level.

MERCHANDISE & SAUSAGE STAND, RESTAURANT FAST FOOD

the supply limit on the merchandise stand, sausage stand, restaurant and fast food was not working correctly. that has now been fixed. furthermore has the supply limit been changed to allow for greater expansion of this facility.

lvl2 supply: 2.500;
lvl3 supply: 5.000;
lvl4 supply: 10.000;
lvl5 supply: 15.000;
lvl6 supply: 20.000;
lvl7 supply: 35.000;
lvl8 supply: 55.000;

lvl10 supply: 150.000;

Furthermore maintenance cost has been reduced 10%.

 

MED CENTER & PHYSIO ROOM MAINTENANCE

Medcenter maintenance has been decreased roughly 20%.

Physio room has been fixed; maintenance was too high. Furthermore the maintenance has been reduced 10%.  Will update with the percentages of injury reduction by each level when we get them
